About this download
How to set up a safe, low-cost calming space at home.
A small spot that belongs to your child, with a few things that help them settle. Under $40, most of which you already own. A space your child chooses to go to, never a place they are sent or kept.
Inside (10 pages, PDF, US Letter):
- Pick the spot: a worksheet for where it goes
- The list, under $40, with a have-it-already column
- What goes in the bin: a page your child fills
- Box-breathing card to trace with a finger
- 5-4-3-2-1 grounding card (both work for grown-ups too)
- How to introduce it, and an observation page for your BCBA
These pages record, organize and prepare. Your BCBA writes the plan.
Before you buy
How do I get the files?
Shopify emails a download link within a minute of checkout. The link stays in that email, so keep it. If it doesn't arrive, check spam, then write to us using the footer.
Can I edit it?
Printable PDFs print as-is. Editable items open in Canva or Google Docs, as listed under what you receive.
Is this treatment advice?
No. Everything on the shelf is a template or educational material. Your child's team decides what fits your child.
Is it right for my situation?
Read 'who it may help' and the page previews. If it isn't a fit, don't buy it; the free ABC logger is here either way.
Refunds?
Downloads can't be returned, but if something is broken or not as described, write to us and we'll make it right.
